Coadministration has not been studied but based on metabolism and clearance a clinically significant interaction is unlikely. Acenocoumarol is metabolised by CYP2C9 and CYP1A2 which are not affected by sofosbuvir/velpatasvir. However, close monitoring of INR is recommended as this may change as a result of improved liver function.
